Among the proposals being considered is a requirement that U.S. residents have health insurance and the federal government subsidize the cost of coverage for families with incomes up to $88,000. In addition, the plan also would require that

The researchers are continuing to comb through the data for factors that signal an increased risk for African Americans after PCI.
